The tools I teach you include powerful meditation, high-level energy clearing, clear action steps, and other innovative techniques. These tools help you build your chi – your mental and physical energy. This helps you activate the power within to create the life you desire. When people ask me what I do, I say I am a catalyst because I show you the tools to activate your own creations.

Clients consistently say that I help them “to feel inspired, you come away with a game plan…the sessions are spectacular.” I teach clients integrated tools that help them create the life and relationships they envision. A client recently said that just by doing the meditation techniques in our class, their business and income expanded greatly because they were more centered and present. I had another client say they lost the fear to ask for what they wanted in life in general, so they asked for and received double their salary and several months’ vacation. Clients have revitalized their love lives and become more comfortable with themselves. The techniques I teach are unique and powerful.

My Background

I have a BA in Biology and an MA and PhD in Psychology, with a specialty in Mind-Body Health. I am a certified spiritual counselor and coach, and was also trained in past life regression by Brian Weiss, MD. I’ve been featured in many media sources, ranging from MSN.com to Cosmopolitan magazine.
